Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including change of mind. Once a refund is issued, the tiles are released back to the map and the public claim page is removed.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout or your order reference, or contact us through the details published on this site and we will pass the request to Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.
Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged twice, or charged for a claim that was never created, contact us or Paddle with your order reference and we will arrange a full refund of the affected order, regardless of the 30-day window.
Content removed for policy breaches
If public content is hidden because it breaches our Content Policy, you may still request a refund within the 30-day window. Outside that window, the transaction record is retained for accounting purposes.
